As owner of La Petite Fleur, Leigh works with clients to select fine, custom-printed stationery that makes an impression. Her style is classic, sophisticated and fun, and she brings that to the creations she custom-designs for clients. In addition to offering design services, Leigh has hand-selected a collection of stationery from the finest artists in the business and is proud to offer them to her customers.
While lending her design and marketing prowess to the corporate world for more than a decade, Leigh's goal of having her own store was never far from sight. While creating ads, logos, marketing plans and websites for a variety of organizations in the Philadelphia area, she often found herself designing party and wedding invitations for friends. It was these projects that brought her the most satisfaction, and ultimately led her to pursue the opening of a store focused on special events.
As a marketing professional, Leigh has provided strategic planning and built branding initiatives for established and start-up clients in the publishing, hospitality, legal & retail industries. She has implemented successful marketing campaigns and secured national media coverage in print, radio and television. Ms. Karsch was also the co-founder of The Training Design Studio. As Director, she developed and designed webcast and live training programs and their materials for a variety of clients.
Leigh has won several national awards for design, including two consecutive Neographics Awards for Excellence and an LMA Marketing Award for Best Recruiting Campaign. She graduated with honors and a BA from Ursinus College, and holds a certificate in Corporate Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. Leigh is a member of the Art Director’s Club of Philadelphia. In her spare time, Leigh enjoys spending time with loved ones, especially her son and husband, and enjoys singing, tennis and yoga.
